      Worse work experience

      Pros

      Coworkers are friend. Workplace is beautiful.

      Cons

      Worse office policy. No one care about your physical or mental health, all they want is u working all 7 days 24*7. When senior level manager bully new people, your own manager would support his friend instead of taking ur side. Founders have a great vision but the worse team to work with. Extremely toxic work environment. They say leave policy os flexible (yes, you won't be getting any leaves). Your manager will give performance review which will be extremely disappointing and demotivating.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, 10am-7pm shift timings, not stressful at all. Small compact teams, fun work environment.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in internal policies, which affects customers and makes it difficult to retain them. Sudden changes in salary structures for employees and teachers, without prior intimation. Less job security, can be fired anytime.
