Only pros I can think of is ease of getting into the job market for students and relatively easy money.
Cons
Getting yelled at 90% of the time, sounding like a robot with no personality due to some mundane and strict rules, managers treating workers condescendingly. Break time is terrible, bathroom breaks were included with actual break time. 15 minutes total for a single 3 hour shift.
