I don't want to bash a company without backing my words, so here are some examples: -Micromanagement is rampant, particularly in some locations. -Two kinds of people in the company: The inner circle or the family, because they are family and the rest, that have no idea of what's going on, and you have no say (and they don't care) -Interesting is how people get fired, they just disappear, and no one knows anything about them. -Good luck trying to get promoted and forget about personal development plans. If you don't believe me, think about this: -Why almost all the reviews are from brand ambassadors? Furthermore, bad glassdoor reviews are mostly from "office employees" ... a bit suspicious, don't you think? -Check how many people left the company and how many people were promoted. -As a bonus, think about the kind of CEO they must have when he replies the following to a negative review, and he copypaste the same answer for two different reviews! Shocking, isn't it? "Oppizi Response - CEO Personal attack to specific employees of the company, because you have been fired, is not helping the Glassdoor community. It discredits your review and makes you look not very smart."

On one assignment as I walked up the subway stairs there was human excrement on the ground. On another there was throw up everywhere on the ground. The streets are dirty and you are fighting for space with panhandlers and vendors. Oppizi sends "spies" to stand there and film you while you are handing out flyers. At one point I had 2 managers watching me and filming me while calling into another manager about how I was performing my handing out flyers job - so three people managing one person handing out a piece of paper- absurd. The first two "spies" I met were professional but the third one was terrible and complained to the manager that not everyone was taking the flyers from me. It is a demeaning job and something that I did because the pay was fair but having someone complain that I don't have the proper technique for handing out a flyer is completely insulting. Also, there are no bathrooms anywhere they send you so be prepared to work 3 hours and no bathroom . They give a ten minute break but sometimes the nearest bathroom is a subway ride away or if you are a guy you can pee in the street.
