      Rapidly Growing - Super Friendly

      Pros

      Changing the massive transportation industry and making the world better (not a cliche :-) ). The team is super friendly and cooperative but above all the algorithmic\research tasks are really interesting and at the cutting edge areas. The company grows rapidly while keeping the startup atmosphere. It is truly a great place to work at.

      Cons

      Hard to think of... As I wrote the company is growing crazy, expanded to an additional floor in the building and still there is almost no office space left, with limited space for meeting rooms. But, I know that we are working on it. so hard to think of :-)

      Pros

      Great team - everyone is engaged in the greater company effort and excited about what the future holds in store for us Great tech - light-years ahead of the competition and moving fast to stay ahead. Loads of great side-projects from individual team members too - great innovation track Real revenues from clients who genuinely use the solutions - again something that makes life super exciting here

      Cons

      None. A lot happening fast so ensure you have a good handle on how to manage work-life balance. The management are great at ensuring you have some really good time off and fun events but you have to manage it yourself too!

      Pros

      Great young CEO who is a very mature leader for his age. A strong work/life balance and very inclusive (young/old, male/female, gay/straight friendly culture). A virtuous mission to help bring better technology to transit- an industry that desperately needs better tech.

      Cons

      Reluctant to hire needed support roles well beyond the demand for them. Regions are not given autonomy they need from HQ to scale.
