Nice break room and plenty of PTO.

Cons

Working with new hires making more money than you. Lack of training and management is horrible. You can complain but the outcome depends on who you are. You get fired for making a mistake.

OCC maintains a pay for performance system and it is our intention to provide merit increases every 12-18 months. Now that we have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic, we are back on that schedule.
