      Pros

      Always something to learn from the new projects coming out onto the floor.

      Cons

      pay and benefits leave a lot to be desired. It is surprising given the high tech nature of the company and skill required at all stages in manufacturing.

      Leadership works to support an inclusive culture with all levels of staff. CEO/Owner is transparent and very supportive of employees.

      Benefits are weak - little to no remote working is allowed.

      Some interesting projects, some opportunities to collaborate and learns

      Cons

      Too many huge egos and politics. Cross the wrong person once and you're gone. No room to make mistakes and some unprofessional managers.
