Pros

Everyone I have worked with at Optima has been super friendly, approachable and helpful. There are some really knowledgable people in engineering who will offer your their time and support when you need it. Company is growing, there is time for training and gaining certifications, pay feels fair/good.

Cons

It's a consultancy, its fast paced, sometimes the workload can feel alot but even still the weekly hours are fair and never really go beyond normal working hours

Clients are big names and great to work with. Team members are supportive and progressive. Top performers got the space to grow into new/bigger roles Projects are innovative and challenging.

Cons

The expectations from team members is very high as it should be and maybe this should be clearer for people prior to joining.
