This company will place you at OEM or suppliers but that is where their responsibilities end. The employee gets very poor support in getting a raise or when having any problems with the onsite employer. All this company is interested in is to get a cut of your salary for doing minimal work. This and similar companies are the conduit to provide cheap foreign labor mainly to Ford, GM, Chrysler.
