A lot of experienced employees willing to share advice with newer staff. More confidence after getting familiar with company expectations and daily responsibilities. Better understanding of office operations after spending time here. I like that managers communicate updates clearly and usually listen when employees raise concerns or ask questions.

I have the chance to work on complex projects that broaden my knowledge and sharpen my skills. Managers focus on improving operations, advisor support, and client experiences. Another big plus is the amount of freedom I have. There’s a lot of room to share ideas and experiment with solutions. It’s not one of those companies trying to deploy AI without much thought just because it’s trendy.
