If you like to be micro managed this is the job for you. You phone calls are monitored, your breaks (including bathroom) are timed.
Cons
If you do not like to be micro managed this will be the worst job you'll ever have.

Nice building Manager at the time was easy to work with
Cons
Lots of organizational changes while I was there. I'm not sure if that changed since they were purchased by Adreima, but it makes people feel unsteady.
