Lots of opportunity to learn new skills, working with all population types in a variety of life situations, develop familiarity with a variety of diagnoses, teamwork environment with interdisciplinary treatment team When you get the rear patient that actually wants help, it's a good job
Cons
Constant leadership changes with no warning. Constant documentation changes with no explanation. As of March 2025 charting was still paper. Salaried employees expected to work over 8 hrs a day. No concern for burn out or work/life balance. ZERO training. "just get it done" mentality.
