Pros

Globally the largest recruitment firm dedicated exclusively to the financial services sector. Offices across Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia work closely together sharing deal origination and execution across multiple jurisdictions resulting in increased deal flows for all! Very competitive commission structure combined with meritocratic culture with no glass ceilings. Strong entrepreneurial spirit across the company.

Cons

Currently the Singapore office is small relative to other offices globally. Although this is changing rapidly!
