With so few employees you'll get to wear many different hats. Great for learning a wide variety of skills but gets old fast when you're the only one people can turn to.
Cons
Upper management has no interest in understanding the technology and its applications. They're quick to promote the "yes" men and leaving the ones doing hard work behind

Pros
Talented team where people root for each other to succeed. Always someone to explain or help when I'm stuck. Never judged if you don't know the answer. Accessible and supportive supervisor who doesn't micromanage. Workplace where you can learn a lot and also make real friends.
