Good environment as compared to other sales office, improve overall personality and communication skills

Cons

No fixed salary, over-time work and no social life. First of all there's No fixed salary so it depends on how much money you bring in that you'll get your share. I should say that this work is not made for everyone.. to ask/beg people for money for free isn't something just anyone can do.. and having a convincing power in your voice is a must for this job. You need feeling in speech to ask people for money that's the basic funda.. not for everyone

Such a great working environment. Developed my skills in a very short period of time. Day to day coming closer to becaome an “ENTREPRENEUR”. Everybody is here to grow and let you grow as well. Work hard and enhance your skills .

Cons

Not able to find till now. Rathar I would say cons must be in you, not in the company. Advice : Dont try hard on finding the cons, instead of that work hard to grow.
