Great showroom location, great products like slabs and tile. Great leadership at branch and amazing atmosphere to work.
Cons
The company has gone thru different acquisitions over the last years and so there is some disorganization. Sales are down, upper management not very good.
The data and image department was busy, but even when deadlines or goals weren't met, most people were understanding. I don't know if the wages are that great, sorry.
Cons
Both the warehouse and sales team seemed to be revolving doors for new people. In sales, it seemed there was favoritism towards "top-selling" sales rep despite bad behavior. In 2023, there was no distinction between sick leave and vacation time.

I’m very happy and proud to be working for this Company.
Cons
As in any job, there’s always difficult clients to deal with. Our task is to give them an excellent service and courteous treatment, so as they leave the office, they got the best opinion about our Company services.
