Pros
A great track record in sustainable & innovative growth - undisputed no.1 within the UK & throughout much of Europe. Great training & management sessions in the UK & abroad.
Cons
Family values diluted in the search for growth. Wages and benefits failed to keep parity with inflation over recent years. HR support from Belgium was hit & miss, and the department in head Office was vastly overstretched. Some policies/suggestions broke UK law.

Kind owner of the company Supportive people Company pays attention to culture and values but forgot to ask how people who work there feel

Very stressful work environment No time for own private life (I experienced a lot of stress and was in constant rush) Lack of organisation (that could be improved)
