Pros

There is no pros there is no job satisfaction and no possitive attitude towards staff whatsoever

Cons

There is so many it is absolutely not worth working at oracle barely minimum wage no pay raise no incentive to work harder or praise for good work if you take a sick day you get a warning for taking a day off. Unless you are in a management position you are treated like garbage and most of the management are unprofessional have no compassion and some too inexperienced to be in a manager's role. The probation period is 1 year and you are offered only part time contract but work fulltime hours so you can be fired or "not exceed the probationary period" for absolutely nothing. There is so much wrong with this company if you part of it get out when you can look to be a part of it? Dont even bother it is not worth the stress.

Pros

The people (aside from management) were a good bunch for the most part.

Cons

Management -with the exception of 1 or 2 people, was overall very poor -extremely manipulative -had unreasonable expectations -discouraged taking leave or any breaks -consistently mistreated staff members, and abused power Work Environment -established an environment based on fear -due to the above, staff would be afraid to speak out against management -commonly set up employees to fail, but with put all the blame on anyone other than themselves -no integrity or honesty to be seen anywhere Career progression -extremely limited opportunity for growth due to how management is set up Income -the pay is minimum wage -takes a very long time to receive a pay raise, and if you do get one, it is extremely minuscule
