      Decent condition, normal hours, international environment, general good mood

      Cons

      The company produces and sells buggy applications which are difficult to support, also because of the complete absence of training for new members. Tasks tend to be bounced between departments.

      - not very big company, but have many offices around the world - many experienced engineers - developing software for finances, extends knowledge

      - not very big company, almost no carrier opportunity - office almost in the center of the city, but has no good transport access
