Executive management does not know what is going on in the company. When you need support or help, they do not have an answer. This is detrimental to teams because there is no accountability within the organization. There is no training for roles, you just get thrown into them with no resources or support.

Very wasteful Unit staff dont do much of anything to keep the kids safe Unit staff allows the kids to destroy whatever they want so they dont have to deal with them All of campus is filthy and nobody cares 95% of the staff complain about absolutely everything they can Zero support if you have any amount if a business mindset or care about a budget Very segregated and "clicky" Management changed my job description because they thought I didn't have a copy of the original Was directly lied to about overseeing a new department so that I would build the new department for them but was then brushed off and never given that department so I built everything for someone else to "take the credit" Several members if corporate/HR just up and quit at the same time... this place is going belly up Zero help from Anne Star... not even a response in my 1+ year of working there
