      There are genuinely good people throughout the network of DCs that are interested in helping each other out

      Cons

      People can also be a cancer through their own DC. One person can ruin a dynamic.

      Pros

      The people at Orgill are its' biggest asset and Orgill definitely promotes a culture of long-term employment. It is rare to find an organization that people choose to stay for 40+ years.

      Cons

      Moving up within the organization is difficult. People are indirectly encouraged to stay within their departments so that their subject matter expertise is not lost to someone new to the role. Therefore, people tend to not leave positions and it makes moving up within the company challenging.
