They always support employees in handling personal matters so they can stay fully focused on their work. - Direct collaboration with clients under their supervision ensures that performance evaluations are objective. - Many meaningful extracurricular activities that help connect employees. - Fair salary.       Not transparent The salary is low, only 50% social tax, bad benefit. The high level and the company want to earn money, not care about the people. Not a good environment, especially for the graduated person. If you're lucky, you can be assigned to a good project/client, but it is rare.
