      I wish everyone's experience at a startup could be this good

      Pros

      Working with bright people Challenging work, in the good way Leadership team does well communicating company direction Perks (free food, freedom to WFH, unlimited PTO, swag)

      Cons

      It's a startup, so there's a lot to be done. Not a place to coast Employees are scattered around the world, which can make some communication and time-sensitive issues tough to navigate

      A Breath Of Fresh Air In The Industry

      Pros

      - Many of the standard start-up benefits (food, PTO, etc) - Bright employees. The team is well constructed it seems across departments - Surprisingly flat structure. Though busy, higher level folks are more than willing to make time, either for technical or operational questions - Collaborative environment. There is plenty of open dialogue around prioritization of issues and more general problem solving - The founders are dedicated and extremely knowledgeable about the state of the industry and have well-thought out visions of how things may continue to evolve

      Cons

      - While great for overall accessibility, the spread out nature of the team can make communication a bit of a back and forth at times.
