This is what I’d expect. 3 rounds. Going from hiring manager to team to leadership panel. Primarily, behavioral questions and background experience.

Cons

At the time, the process took a little bit given EOY meetings. Communication was good,

Cons

- Only 3 holidays off per year (Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, 1 floating holiday from a pre-approved list). - Poor PTO policy. - Low pay. - Some nepotism within leadership.
