Pros
Great people, pragmatic CEOs, result-oriented teams that are not in the spotlight for no reason. My manager was amazing and she made sure our team understood goals and why it mattered at a company scale.
Cons
My position didn't allow me to move up signficantly, but I know mobility was encouraged by the company.

Pros
Enterprise culture and vision that is always clear and very transparent. Technical environment is very stimulating and challenging where we always worked on the most recent stacks such as Kubernetes, ArgoCD and Infra-as-Code
Cons
Not that I can remember, but let’s say the coffee is not that good
