Pros

they will let you take on as much work as you want which will give you access and experience if you can do something they cannot, they will choose you and use you if you can bring in revenue then you are golden, but be wary management will use you for their bonus and will not be transparent about how much you benefit their bottom line technically as a sales job you have no cap on income if you are part of the 'club' you can get into positions that you absolutely do not qualify for. in some situations this is great, but all too often people are in roles they are not qualified for which largely contributes to non-cohesive behavior and inadequately defined roles; thereby resulting in an overall lack of accountability. This results in a lack of trust within the organization which kills a substantial amount of productivity and again makes enemies instead of colleagues.

Cons

management is underdeveloped and decisions are governed by their bonus structure. instead of driving good methodology and developing co-workers potential there is lacking leadership and no training. as a result nuances develop into hr fire-able offenses and management violates hr law by not completing / sitting on / losing appropriate paperwork. At this location management literally plays a money game with your salary, a game that is not advertised to those playing. head honcho makes any promise possible but puts nothing in writing which is an excuse to circumvent agreements made. no honor or commitment here beyond what will produce the largest bonus for the management team. notice the trend and be warned. ultimately this office is a new venture of the company that is not supported except by the exceptional and undervalued co-workers that offer their personal sense of responsibility to give any credence to the product. management delegates, doing very little of their own work, and plays dirty with unethical hr behavior. unfortunately, this is a "good ol boys" club if you are not literally related or a part of the "club" you will be considered of no value. unethical benefits are given to blood relations and those "in on it". anything they can get away with, they will try.

Pros

None....maybe learn a new industry

Cons

They lie whenever it is convenient.....they treat employes like gum on their shoes.......you can expect to see people who are friends of the a managers to sit around chit chatting away from ire desks....unrealistic sales goals and no back up when operations screw up orders. Even their safety record of 8 years is a lie...they have had injuries which were covered up...they also spy on employees using sales force...to listen in on inter company phone calls against written policy ....
