Company moral is down. Environment is depressing. Executive Management doesn't listen, Company has been through 2 financial restatements and has let public audit firm run the company, hire too many VP and Chiefs without hiring enough to "perform" the work and eventually have a "restructure" to then right size (historically), too many initiatives going at same time to be successful, unrealistic expectations, currently going through Oracle 12 install and have lost MANY good people with years of company knowledge and operational experience, supposedly have a culture of accountability but the C-suite doesn't think that it applies to them, talk the talk but don't walk the walk!!

C-suite is outright abusive to employees. CEO is in over his head and cries openly, yells, etc. Cronyism is rampant. There is no clear path forward, no innovation, and no direction. Four CFOs in one year, sales staff turns over faster than I've ever seen in medical device industry, compliance has been questionable, and the hours are incredibly long. Truly the most abusive, toxic work environment I have ever experienced. I left by choice because it was pointless to stay. Zero opportunity.
