Great Non-Management Co-Workers But...

Please avoid working at this place unless you really need a job. They do have good non-management people. They do make a great product used in the medical field. However the management is lacking. The COO is late to meetings, always looking at their mobile phone and dis-interested. As far as boosting morale, they would rather use profane language, chastise employees in front of others. The favoritism shown to others is something that should never happen but it does. You are never told you did a great job. Some folks in production have not had raises in years even though the company is making money. When you ask for a day off, some people can give a 24 hour notice but others are told 48 hour notice or more depending on if the COO likes you. Way too much favoritism. You are not to take time off at month end but the COO has done it. Not very good leadership when you say no but then they do it. The fabricated stories that are told about employees needs to stop. Also stop calling your employees lewd names. Ask why so many people have left in the past year. You will never move up in this company. Not much training you are tossed in and if you are too slow you are either removed and spoken to in a rude tone.
