      If they provided the service they promised they would be successful, dishonest and unrealistic.

      Untrustworthy, promise the moon and fall short every time.

      Pros

      The company's sales team is strong and they have a good CEO from a sales/hype perspective.

      Cons

      With regards specifically to their technology department, management is really bad and the code is new but dated, sloppy, and mediocre. Take the other offer, and don't believe the hype. The company's "radical candor" thing was pretty much baloney from my experience. Lots of hype. Other reviews on here seem totally fake. I saw a lot of turnover when I was at the company.

      Best company I’ve ever worked at

      Pros

      (1) Radical Transparency - Finally… a company that actually follows through with the values they advertise (2) Low Ego - The culture welcomes debates, different viewpoints, and open discussions. You can even debate directly with the CEO! (3) Smartest people I’ve ever worked with (4) Incredible execution (5) Company is smart about cash management and knows how to make the right decisions for growth… I feel like I’m in a real rocket ship even in a rocky economy!

      Cons

      Sometimes I get too excited about my work and don’t know when to take breaks :-)
