Pros
Really down to earth managing directors that bring in really interesting deals from clients in tech / gov't services. You will learn a lot about running professional M&A processes and management is respectful of your time.
Cons
This isn't adult daycare. Hours are definitely longer than a typical professional services job but the rewards for closing a deal definitely make it worth while.
