      Pros

      Helps customers save a lot when buying a car. Helps consumers avoid the biggest hassle, and biggest potential ripoff when buying a car - the back office. Nice, cooperative, fast paced culture.

      Cons

      As a startup, lots needs to be done. This is challenging and fun but lots of work!

      Pros

      Outside Financial is driven by a mission to help all car buyers and owners understand their auto financing options, and get the right deal for themselves. Those values are reflected in every decision the company makes, and it's a privilege to work at a place that cares so much about consumers.

      Cons

      As a small company, everyone has to wear multiple hats. It gives us all a great opportunity to make decisions, but can be stressful.
