Focused on growing in a sustainable way. Believe in doing well but also doing good with a focus on long term positive impact. Growth focused but not to detriment of financial health. Great proposition that is resonating and delivering value to both sides of the market. Scaling with great prospects for success. Concentrating on growth markets across Asia and Africa where there is white space and big problems to solve.

Cons

As expected from a growth business, must manage multiple changing priorities, deal with constant ambiguity and be able to drive your own path. All levels need to be ready to pick up basic admin/transactional task as well as more strategic initiatives, and often at the same time!
