Pros
Will unfairly dismiss you. Uses PIP to make sure you don’t have any claims against them if you raise labor case in the court. If the client wants you gone, they will help them and have you dismissed without having to pay any severance. That’s how they work. Disrespectful and power tripping HR leaders, probably the most unprofessional HR head I ever talked to.
Cons
Management doesn’t really care about staff being illegally dismissed due to unrealistic client demands. They overly protect their clients to the point where employee’s side are never considered.
