Pros
Very supportive environment. The company really values their employee's and have created a culture that is supportive, collaborative and challenging. In the short period of time that they've been open, they have expanded into 5 locations and are planning on opening 2 more locations this summer! There's a ton of room for growth and I've learned more in the few months that I've been here than in my 4 years of college!
Cons
It's challenging but if that's what you're looking for then it's not much of a con.

-amazing growth opportunities, personally and professionally -promotions are ONLY from within -you get what you put into it -the BEST work environment -optimistic energy -"Play to win" mentality -they help my communication and relationship building skills exponentially -learn how to be an amazing coach and mentor -why pay for a 2 year business degree when you can learn more at this company in 2 months -ive never seen a career opportunity like this one
Cons
not really a con, but this job is hard work. if you have an amazing attitude and you're willing to work hard to be successful, this is the job for you
