      The company is stable and growing, it offers good working culture and a chance to progress in your career, learn new skills, try different things. The office environment is amazing, the team is full of awesome people and you can notice that everyone is dedicated to their jobs but also friendly and helpful.

      The company is young and lacks some processes and structure when it comes to HR, L&D, etc.
