Pros

Outward Bound is not a place to work, it's a way to live. As an employee you will discover how to live fully and authentically, with purpose. The work is tremendously rewarding and the leadership, experiential education, and communication skills training is excellent.

Cons

Outward Bound employes work extremely hard in exchange for meaningful work and relationships, not for finanical rewards. The pay is ok for the industry but don't expect to get rich. Living expenses are often taken care of which helps with cost but also simplifies life.
