      Pros

      It was best organization for fresher to work with IITian but nowadays all the tech guys has been left the organization.

      Cons

      No management, they treat you just like a servant of their house. All the high paid employees of P2 Power has been shifted to Belectriq to maximize the profit of P2 Power. Don't Expect the FNF from management even after serving proper notice period.
