      Their Poor Behavior and Avoidance Strategies Aren't Working Anymore!

      Pros

      People who have actually worked here will never report any pros or positive experiences. There were none for me either.

      Cons

      The behavior of those at the top is cruel. They make fake claims about caring for employees, but make the worst decisions when employees actually reach out. Everyone, from the leadership to HR, avoids taking responsibility when an employee files a complaint. They just pass on the blame to employees. It's ridiculous. No employee will ever feel happy or content here.

      - The clinic staff work well together. - Technicians are skilled and reliable. - Communication is clear, which helps manage busy schedules. - Wide range of cases - Improving diagnostic and surgical skills - Up-to-date equipment and good systems - Treatment plans and records are easy to manage.

      Cons

      There's rarely any quiet time here.

      All sorts of things to handle: appointments, patient care, treatments, lab work, questions. Caring people who want to do the job properly. Helpful management and regional support when needed. Lots of learning opportunities. Build strong clinical skills. Good benefits (package includes health coverage, CE support, paid time off, and pet discounts).
