      Pros

      Amazing health insurance Caring, positive, responsive administration, teachers, and staff Reasonable number of students and classes assigned Great tech support Sufficient supplies and teaching technology Thorough training Professional development opportunities

      No remote work option except during the pandemic Any other cons would be related to the online teaching profession in general and not specific to this school

      Pros

      The staff is for the most part a lot of really great people and hard workers. It's a challenging and fast paced environment. Allows for each of us to teach in our own unique way for the most part.

      Cons

      -micromanaging and inexperienced administration -EVERYTHING has to go through CEO and because of that not much gets done or changes -bad communication -lackluster technology -NO HR. The CEO handles all HR matters, which is definitely not a best practice.
