      no a single reason to stay. worst employer and ceo is so biased. low salary for analyst very high salary for ceo and his favourite employees. very unprofessional behaviour of ceo.

      salary for analysts. favoritism in increment and promotion. only those who please the management willget a good package.

      Your colleagues help you to get out of the non- sense these people try to reason you with.

      Cons

      Unprofessional HR. Team Managers who are narcissistic and try to get to you over petty things. They are dull and tired and bored of their lives, so in order to seek validation picking at others is a means of "motivation" at work place. That's about learning at PACRA. CEO doesn't sympathise with anyone. If you prefer mental health a priority then work at a better place.
