Nothing. No respect or consideration for employees and no adequate compensation.
Cons
A company full with empty promises and false expectations. They only care about the bottom line or profits, not of their employees. They see “position” of the employees and not the employee themselves. Little to no notice if let go. Do not join this company. All the “good” reviews you see are probably written by their leadership because nobody I talked to had anything good to say about this company. Leadership lacks essential skills and communication that are needed for a successful company and they do not seem to care about their employees. Constant dismissals is seen in this company as well. Extremely disappointed. DO NOT WORK HERE. And I would personally not use their services.
