Great job security for managerial positions. Good benefits.

Cons

Very high performance demand with no guidance or leadership from upper management. Long hours expected with no work life balance or appropriate compensation. No performance incentives offered. Equal annual percentage based raises across the board no matter the employees job performance. Communication between departments is terrible that could be improved with proper training.

Cons

You are expected to work well over forty hours when you’re salaried. Paid time off is poor unless you’ve been with the company for several years. Upper management is awful.

Cons

Upper Management and HR lied and stole from employees - would steal vacation time and dock pay. Lower level employees often caught sexually harassing new hires. Bad PTO for salary group - 7 days per year
