      Pros

      I have been with PCI for 2+ years. Management and co-workers have been very supportive. I have always been treated with respect and feel like a valued employee. Good benefit package, flexibility is there if needed.

      Pros

      PCI is one of the fastest growing companies and with it comes great opportunities for professional development and growth. There are great group of people in different departments and willing to help and share knowledge which allows you to learn and grow. PCI helped me to achieve my professional goals and becoming a leader by providing great resources and excellent mentors. One amazing thing I like to share is that I always had open accessibility to upper management including CEO, CFO, Directors, Project managers and you name it. They always welcomed questions, advice for personal and professional questions.

      Cons

      You need to have multi task handling skill. As PCI is small and growing company, it requires commitment and extra effort. If you have it then this is one of the great places to work.
