      Wonderful team of dedicated professionals passionate about their industry (Payments/ Fin Tech) Hard working yet relaxed atmosphere (I miss wearing a suit) Company incentives are fun International view spanning mostly USA & Europe Great work/ life balance Unlimited career opportunities

      When I am in the Amsterdam office there is at least one dog present and the barking can sometimes be off putting

      Pros

      Plenty of flexibility & trust to define the way your work. Solid team environment with plenty of support for each other. Development opportunities and pathways are very clear. Company boat, casual dress and incentive trips are a great extra!

      Cons

      Not a place for people who need a lot of structure and set guidance, much more suited to people who like working autonomously.
