If you like working long hours, without appreciation, you found your place

Cons

No accountability, no appreciation, and just lies from the top. Filling parking lots, or just emptying them, you be the judge. They have their favorites, and if your not it, they work you to death. No backing from management so the employees run the supervisors. HR is a joke, and gossips with employees about other employees. Toxic atmosphere.

This place sucks, small company and small company feel. Morbid moral, depressing place to be 8 hours a day.

They are located close to the highway and have stocked cafeteria.

Cons

Quality is not a top priority and inspectors are pressured to accept parts that do not conform to specification criteria. Cleaning tanks do not work making it impossible to follow ndt inspection methods requiring a clean part in order to meet specifications. Production schedule causes managers to push inspectors to stamp parts that don’t meet specifications.If you are a quality minded inspector this is not the place for you.
