Other than average compensation, it is extremely difficult to highlight any other pros about this company.

Cons

HORRIBLE senior management team. Most of them lack the experience and ability to perform their current roles, much less manage staff. Very reactive, no strategic vision. Leadership does not respect thoughts and opinions of workers. Ed Fotsch is listed on this site as CEO, but that is incorrect. Ed has not been in the role for the last year, and things have been worse than ever since he left.

Expects employees to be on call 24-7, "Culture" of face time and "look at me I am working because I send an email on vacation or at 3am" Too many in management working harder, not smarter Right hand does not know what the left is doing Have no idea how to conduct or retain business with the big players Very low morale Lacks strategic direction, corporate identity crisis
