Great until new owners took over

Pros

That taking large steps to try and grow the company. Compensation seems average to area.

Cons

It was a great company to work for with prior owners. They kept it small but solid. New owners came in and dismissed or forced out everyone over 50. It was ugly. A lot of the "family" feel that made it a great place to work disappeared.

Pros

Pay is good but employees will be laid off as soon as specified job is complete. No upwards mobility.

Cons

Unresponsive management, unprofessional communication tactics, and indifferent to the way they are perceived in terms of how they treat employees. Very shady and unfortunate that management doesn't care how they are perceived.

Remote jobs are the norm

Cons

New C level suite and higher level employees do not understand the industry. Once Jerry White left eveything went downhill. New management fired all high level employees with knowledge & got rid of all sales with knowledge & skill. Employees mean nothing to new management team, they only care about their bonuses & equity. Are charging customers a fortune for no real services.
