Flexibility in hours worked. Working remotely.

Cons

PTO was not paid out. Communication was not very good. Passed around to different Managers several times during my time there.

Pros

It’s an exciting time to be part of this team. We’re growing quickly, exploring new frontiers, and creating endless opportunities for people who are energized by building and solving problems. The company is remote-first and women-led, with a culture that truly values flexibility and recognizes that employees are humans first. Leadership is collaborative, agile, and genuinely receptive to feedback and critical thinking. We hold each other to high standards, but there’s also a strong sense of support and partnership. People here are willing to roll up their sleeves, help each other succeed, and find creative solutions together. This is an especially great fit for builders who thrive in dynamic environments and get excited by new challenges. I’m incredibly grateful to have found a team I genuinely enjoy spending time with and a workplace where my skills, talents, and contributions are recognized and appreciated.

Cons

Not necessarily a “con,” but as we grow and expand into new ventures, there are naturally going to be lessons learned along the way. This is an environment that requires resilience, adaptability, and humility. You have to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, willing to make mistakes, and courageous enough to learn from them quickly. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and continuous improvement is part of the culture.
