Pros
It's a really great place to work because it's pretty laid back. Occasionally might get to play video games in the arcade. Also, our schedule is sent online through hot schedules which is really nice.
Cons
One of the only few downsides would be that most employees get their hours in on the weekend. Another might be the lack of communication made throughout the building.
