Some people are great to work with. Very family oriented.
Cons
Lack of organization, lack of important departments such as a really accounting department, marketing. This company does not have a marketing team or staff. Which is a key element in a business today. Instead they have hired outside consultants but don't really know what they are doing. Also, if you are related to someone you are most likely to get the job.
