Pros

-Dog Friendly -Free desserts & food at least once a month -Parking structure for employees -Great Insurance Benefits -Great cafe to eat at if you want to spend $ along with a great staff -When you need a break from staring at the computer for hours, you have an amazing walk around the block to let some steam off. Tip: If you are coming in with no experience or little experience or applying for an internship, it is a great start to your PR career because you will learn a good number of skills needed for the industry.

Cons

-turn around rate is too high, hence the reviews on here. FYI, the pattern of negative reviews on here means something... THE TRUTH! -there is no real team setting: each employee (AC, AAE, AE, AM) get a minimum of two clients and with those two clients, you wear all the HATS of the positions mentioned. At an AC level, you do the work of an AAE, AE, AM and so on and so on... Don't get me wrong, it's actually great wearing these hats because you learn alot about work ethic and people but you need the support of a team and not just colleagues. -Katie and Natalie (really, the only upper management there)... You both need to step it up. *Learn how to be there for your employees *Ask if they need help or advice about anything *If something needs to change within an employee, help them to be stronger. Don't give up so easy. *Change your attitude- don't be so fake. be humble and stop being an obvious "Mean Girl". How old are you? Tip: Do your research! If you are an eager beaver trying to land a job, before taking this opportunity at PMBC, make sure you ask all the right questions about the position and expectations before saying "yes", especially if you are a NEWBIE. If you are experienced or somewhat experienced, do your research, use your past experiences as examples during your interview and whoever is interviewing yo, pick their brain, challenge them! PMBC'S main responsibility is gaining press coverage for their clients oppose to actually working on a campaign with its clients. FYI...

Pros

It’s a good place to start.

Cons

From Account Coordinators to Account Executives it’s yoir job to do everything too to bottom with no help or lack there of. When you do something wrong you get nasty messages from management. Management talks about everyone behind their back. Employees have been referred to as b words and Mother f. I have been told to have a “come to Jesus moment and get my ‘s’ together. No respect for time. Management shows up after noon and then expects everything to be done. I was told they could speak to employees however they wanted. They cover for each other and lose good employees in the end. AC’s to AE’s are the hardest working people while management sits back and lets you run everything. If management doesn’t like you as a person you are done.

Pros

There are some good days and the employees on the ground floor are great.

Cons

Management is unfair and bullying. There is no structure or strategy or teams. It’s everyone for themselves. You’re not encouraged to ask for help and there is no room for growth. Without structure or strategy it’s hard to get anything done and everyone is overwhelmed. Bullying is a part of the day to do. So much turn around.
